Whether you're a beginner looking to train for the first time or an experienced runner hoping to improve a 5K or marathon PR, you'll want a training program uniquely suited to your goals. And you'll want advice on developing a program that reflects your body type, exercise history, available training time, and lifestyle.

Coach Magill offers personal coaching for 5K through the Marathon that includes:

  • An individualized training program
    • Initial 4-week training program based upon current fitness & performance goals
    • Training adjustments based upon weekly feedback
    • PDF copy of training program, updated weekly to include any adjustments
  • Weekly Skype or phone sessions with Coach Magill
  • Email access to Coach Magill for issues arising between weekly coaching sessions
  • Reference sheet with current and goal paces for all workouts and races
    • Based upon current fitness (determined by 1 or more recent race performances)
    • Updated monthly

If you are not looking for a personal coach at this time, you can schedule a single counseling session with Coach Magill for advice on training, injury prevention, race tactics, or any other running-related topic.
